Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Sr Project Manager for our High rise and Villa Projects team in Dubai.
To provide overall management / direction for of large-scale building Construction including High rise, towers and Low rise villas, master developments projects and to lead the team throughout all construction stages of the project and to monitor project works related to quality, cost, program, and HSE and staff under control.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages large-scale building construction including High rise, towers and Low rise like villas & master development projects or similar.
- Manage and control projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Review deliverables across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and / or any stakeholder involved for technical inputs, execution, approvals and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with various government regulatory authorities for Project clearances as required.
- Drive project reviews evaluating project quality, timelines & progress.
- Leading site construction activities for effective resource utilisation
- Drive quality plans to ensure desired quality standards of project.
- Driving quality control inspection in line with project specification.
- Manages and mitigate risks associated with project.
- Keep a tight control on revenue recognition, accurate invoicing, and receivables for projects
- Lead implementation of HSE policies for the projects.
- Ensure commercial entitlements are achieved and documented
Qualification / Experience / Skills
Full time Bachelors in Civil or Construction Engineering.
In excess of 15 years of Experience.
Relevant previous project experience in UAE

Pay: AED24,991.70 - AED35,000.41 per mont
