Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Capital projects, ensuring projects up to approximately $50,000 are completed on time and within budget, which includes contract administration and vendor oversight. Additional duties involve developing cost-effective operating expense programs, conducting Due Diligence for acquisitions, and occasionally advising maintenance staff.
