POSITION SUMMARY

E.S. Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager. A sample of the position’s duties and responsibilities include:

  • Project management - leadership of project safety & personnel, coordination of resources, risk management, CPM schedule, monitoring subcontractor and supplier performance
  • Estimating for Supplemental Agreements
  • Performance management of project personnel
  • Comprehensive project budget tracking and analysis
  • Management of construction productivity - means and methods, value engineering initiatives
  • Maintaining good client business relationships as well as cultivating new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of heavy civil/DOT project experience
  • P.E. certification preferred
  • Experience in field operations management and estimating from a contractor’s perspective
  • Strong teamwork, communication, self-motivation, leadership, professionalism, and organizational skills
