The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Qualifications   Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered) Minimum of 10 years total experience in civil engineering At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in road/highway projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and contract management Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) Key Responsibilities   Lead and manage end-to-end execution of road/highway infrastructure projects Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met Review and approve project deliverables, variations, and progress billings Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders Skills & Competencies   Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety   Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.   #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
