The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Madrid, Spain. Accountabilities Accountability for the delivery of the project, meeting contractual requirements and delivering on budget, on quality and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction; Ensure the achievement of the defined targets in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in; Ensure Client relationship by ensuring a single and direct managerial interface; Authorizes any change to the project that has an impact on product costs, schedule, contractual obligations; Manages requests for variation from the customer, from offer preparation to its negotiation with the customer; Approves sub-contracts to Key Sub-Supplies before their signature in order to ensure that they are in line with the project budget, schedule and contractual requirements; Managing of customer’s claims while improving RAMS performances Manages the Project Quarterly Reports and Meetings including the economic and financial progress reports issued by Project Controller; Approves and manages any type of communications related to the project toward the customer; Manages and validates the invoicing plan; Required Skills/Knowledge 10+ working experience in project management working on rail industry projects and multinational organization; 5+ working experience in the rolling stock operation and maintenance, with focus on High Speed Full Service projects; Ability to develop strong, constructive and focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Able to achive new business opportunities and manage the Change Orders/Variation Orders; ECM Functions according to EU 2019/779 Able to evaluate operation and maintenance plans to ensure the suitability of the customer’s commercial plan; Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, problem solving skills; Excellent client-facing skills; Languages Proficiency in Spanish Proficiency in English Italian (nice to have) Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
