This role involves managing project teams, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation to achieve project objectives. How you’ll make an impact Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure activities. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasts. Assemble and lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee procurement processes for project materials and services. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and documentation to senior management and clients. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the energy, power, or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment. Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
