Hitachi Energy has a exciting opportunity to join our Grid Automation team we are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record in the execution of customer projects. Supporting and strengthening our team in Hitachi Energy UK, ideally someone with High & Medium voltage substations, you will be responsible for managing the entire project, which will include representing Hitachi Energy’s commercial and contractual interests and managing all stakeholders (internal & external).
Our Project Management team in Hitachi Energy UK is expanding. This role in the area of Grid Automation (high & Medium voltage substations Protection and control (RTU, SCADA, DCS ) is ideally suited for someone who has a proven track record in the execution of end-user facing projects in the Transmission and distribution market with customers including National Grid, SSE, Scottish Power, as well as EPCs and DNOs.
Skilled at planning and forecasting activities using tools such as SAP and Primavera P6 / Microsoft Projects. You will be responsible for planning and managing the project from inception through to the end of Warranty. This will include representing Hitachi Energy’s commercial and contractual interests and managing negotiations in line with FIDIC, NEC 3/NEC 4
