Project Manager (Ref.No. R1008447)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

  • Ensures successful transition to the project and contributes to preparing, organising and validating the project launch.
  • Establishes and updates project requirements baseline in a collaborative work with Bid manager
  • Establishes and updates project execution baseline (project structure, work package description, partners and supplier contractual data, management plans, costs, budgets and financial structure, resourced schedule).
  • Establishes and updates project key decision data (contingencies, strategy, business case)
  • Initialise the project : identifies the key project stakeholders, sets the project team, organises the project structuring activities, starts-up project activities and identifies and allocates the source project requirements.
  • Manages the financial aspects of the acquisition Make or Buy strategy, suppliers consultation and negotiation, signing contract, contract execution and closure.
  • Leads the project launch review and involves all stakeholders: project team, Management plan and associated document, industrial scenario, team charter etc.
  • Executes, monitors and controls the projects until its completion
  • Control the requirements, costs and schedule during all project life cycle
  • Manages project quality and customer and stakeholders overall satisfaction
  • Manages legal and contractual requirements
  • Conducts regular progress review meetings, reporting the project progress to the company senior management.
  • Manage the relationship with Operator at operation level and coordinate the local activity
  • Support Head of Bids & Project in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with customer

You have:

  • Sound understanding project management principles and their application in complex project environments
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management concepts and principles.
  • A good command of spoken and written English and strong ability to engage in detailed technical discussions
  • Good knowledge in services / maintenances
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others, while working in an international & diverse organization
  • Strong experience in planning and deployment, to be able to manage a direct and indirect team and deliver
  • PMI Certified is an added value
