Description This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who is responsible for HOA activities. Areas of responsibility include cost, schedule, operations, financials and board communications. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Operations Direct and manage HOA-related projects from initiation through completion. Monitor project status, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence. Respond to and manage requested changes in project scope. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues promptly. Ensure all project details are addressed thoroughly and documented clearly. Hold project team members accountable to expectations and deadlines. Stakeholder & Board Relations Serve as the primary liaison with HOA board members, homeowners, contractors, and vendors. Build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with board members, maintenance staff, vendors, and internal staff. Provide clear, professional communication and updates to stakeholders. Deliver timely progress reports, recommendations, and status summaries. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Collaborate with vendors and maintenance teams to support HOA operational needs. Follow through on commitments to ensure successful project completion. Administrative & Reporting Prepare required project reports and documentation. Maintain organized records related to schedules, costs, and project milestones. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks aligned with organizational goals. Ability to produce clear and accurate reports. ________________________________________ Education & Work Experience Accounting Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
