Job Description Develop home renovation business and expand operational capacity. Support capacity planning and coordinate with frontline teams within assigned regions. Maintain relationships with suppliers and franchise partners to drive business growth. Support company targets, operational performance, and market promotion activities. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise management, channel operations, or home renovation industry operations. Familiar with home renovation business models and customer conversion processes. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues through operational data. Willing to travel and manage multiple regions. Strong execution skills and able to work under pressure.
