Homey is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.​ About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who will play a critical role in leading our project initiatives to enhance our innovative property transaction platform. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to drive successful outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality in each project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery against milestones. 2. Stakeholder Management Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders to keep everyone informed. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status. 3. Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and all project deliverables meet respective quality standards. 4. Team Leadership Lead and motivate project teams to establish a collaborative work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software development industry. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project). Ability to manage multiple projects independently and under tight deadlines. Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Say, Head of Product. Collaborates with teams across the organisation as required. Role to be paid in GBP with a UK Contract Competitive salary commensurate with experience: Salary starting from Rs.600,000/ - Rs. 1,000,000/ month, paid in GBP, based on experience.
