Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Develop and implement well-designed, cost-effective investment programmes.
Lead on resident consultation, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Manage contractor performance and quality control to maintain high standards.
Ensure projects comply with Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and Duty of Care regulations.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to borough-wide housing initiatives.
