Description POSITION SUMMARY Huckestein Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects, including both Design-Build and Plan & Specification (Plan & Spec) delivery methods. This is an upper-mid to senior-level role responsible for full project lifecycle management—from turnover through closeout—with accountability for financial performance, schedule, quality, and coordination with internal engineering, estimating, warehouse/logistics, and field operations teams. Projects primarily consist of HVAC and plumbing renovation and retrofit work in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects, managing the full project lifecycle from turnover through closeout. This includes accountability for financial performance, schedule, quality, and coordination with various internal teams.
