Streetscene are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of strategic plans, project plans and policy objectives.
The post requires a high level of knowledge and skill in planning, communication and influencing as well as technical expertise in order to ensure the delivery of the Streetsceme projects plan and service review schedule. The strategic nature of this post requires the post holder possesses influencing and negotiating skills.
You will lead on change management working with service area staff to manage the implementation of agreed change initiatives and make recommendations to Heads of Service regarding outcomes of service reviews to set the standards and quality of information/advice and ensure they are complied with.
Working with DMT you will create a culture where staff are equipped with the appropriate skills and competencies to enable them to take pride in delivering high quality and flexible services to benefit local communities.
