You will have proven experience in change management, successfully guiding teams through complex and evolving environments while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement at all levels. A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach is essential, with the ability to balance competing priorities, make informed decisions, and drive delivery outcomes.

While deep Industrial Relations expertise is not required, familiarity with workplace relations or people-related projects will be highly regarded, with subject matter experts supporting this domain.

You will bring:

• passion, commitment and belief in young people
• tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration or similar and at least 8 years’ experience within a commercial environment, with demonstrable experience managing multi-faceted projects
• excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to take a firm stance and escalate when required, while maintaining professionalism and strong working relationships
• strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• experience with risk management, project planning, and resource allocation
• familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), and relevant tools and software
• commitment to fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture
