This role requires strong coordination with GCs, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC projects focused on multi-family and mixed-use developments Serve as primary liaison between General Contractors, developers, and internal teams Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Review plans, specs, and perform quantity take-offs Manage budgets, Schedule of Values, and cost tracking Process RFIs, submittals, and Change Orders Coordinate procurement and equipment scheduling Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor performance Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively Compensation & Benefits Salary $75-95k (depending on experience) 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, PTO Monday–Friday schedule, onsite Apply Today Ready to lead impactful multi-family and mixed-use HVAC projects with a respected industry leader? Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects (REQUIRED) Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Procore, Trimble, or similar tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
