PURPOSE:   Responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects while working closely with our team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.  FUNCTIONS:  * Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. * Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. * Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. * Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. * Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. * Submit change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. * Obtain the customer’s acceptance of project deliverables. * Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. * Review, support and validate Technical Information related to Photovoltaic and Generator Solutions. * Technical Interface between customers and PTI for issues related to BTS.   These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.  The list is not exhaustive; incumbents perform other related tasks.  WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:   Position will work in a combination of field and office environments. Standing, sitting, driving and walking required daily. Job will involve minimal travel.   QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have a 4-year college degree preferably in a technical field. * Proven experience in project management. * Experience in photovoltaic solutions, battery backup designs and other related, wireless communication development, deployment and construction project management is a plus. * Proficient user of MS Office especially MS Excel & Pivot Tables. * Demonstrated mastery in ongoing multiple tasking and project management skills. * Disciplined and organized individual with attention to details. * Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment; ability to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management, auditors and other advisors. * Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Excellent multi-lingual verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize and present data in an organized, concise manner.   It is the policy and practice of this Company to prohibit any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, transgender status, national origin, age, disability, military or veteran status, or status in any group protected by federal, state or local law.
