WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based out in Toronto - Canada to join our dynamic team to oversee project dependencies across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, strong vendor coordination, and an agile mindset to ensure successful project execution.
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid Work Environment)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Act with stakeholders and manage their expectations, supporting decision-making and problem-solving;
  • Coordinate the activities of the product team;
  • Manage the backlog by building a strategic product roadmap;
  • Develop and monitor, with excellence the processes, key operational and managerial indicators of projects and products;
  • Choose suppliers that meet the needs of the products and the expectations of the company, observing the best method of selection, with transparency in technical and financial criteria.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management skills with a track record of building and maintaining productive vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to define strategies collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and willingness to integrate agile concepts into current workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
