Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project and Program management team in the Los Angeles area. As a Project Manager you will lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. They drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and organizational goals. Role accountabilities: * Must independently manage all aspects of a project. * Will develop and control project scope. * Ability to develop and review project schedules. * Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents. * Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings. * Ability to negotiate and prepare change orders. * You will effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders. * Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges. Ability to set and manage project expectations. Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum 10 years of project management experience - managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out. * Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) * Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
