Description

Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing overall project plans, including timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics Supporting sound decision-making through strong judgment and risk-benefit analysis Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and documented processes Ensures adequate resourcing (personnel, tools, etc.) to maintain Quality System compliance Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or project management Minimum of 5 years' relevant technical experience Experience leading both small and large cross-functional project teams Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to approximately 10% Demonstrated success working with cross-functional, multi-site teams Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills Ability to work under minimal supervision PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Prior experience with sustaining engineering projects or knowledge of sustaining processes Technical problem-solving expertise
