The role manages scope, schedule, budget tracking, communication and risk/change activities under guidance from their manager. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. EDUCATION: · Bachelor’s degree in related fields, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering EXPERIENCE: · 4-7 Industrial Automation experience, Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management · Experience managing small projects or major workstreams SKILLS & ABILITIES: · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Working knowledge of scope, schedule and budget management · Ability to identify risks, track changes and resolve issues effectively · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software · Strong customer service orientation · Strong organizational skills with high attention to details · Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities · Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. · Ability to understand technical project and product requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, small products or parts, product books or catalogs. Ability to effectively communicate using company-issued devices such as laptop, mobile phone, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment.
