Responsibilities
  • This candidate key roles are to serve as a change liaison between pod and business segments/external partners that are impacted by the changes. This role supports deployment planning activities with the segments, validation of activities pertaining to Server/Firewall/infrastructure upgrades and migration. Ensures change process and documentation is effectively managed, communicated, and tracked to completion with segment partners
  • The other key responsibility is to manage environment change approvals by engaging multiple teams, create, submit, track and close change requests to prepare for deployment activities. Support POD delivery activities – PAT & PROD readiness, application packaging, pilot, cutovers etc. and Manage production implementation with teams/stakeholders during change windo
