Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of complex IBG projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and meticulously manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, and external vendors, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 7–10 years of project-management or project-delivery experience, including responsibility for complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle, from concept and business-case development through implementation and closure.
  • Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
  • Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience within banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or another regulated environment is preferred.
• Professional Certifications – Preferred
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification.
  • Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification.
  • Change-management certification would be advantageous.
  • ITIL or related service-management knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Project and programme management methodologies.
  • Project Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Business-case and project-proposal development.
  • Requirements, scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.
  • Governance and approval processes.
