The Role

• No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
• Day to day project management from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, ontime, and to spec
• Client facing

Requirements

• Proven experience working in Irish construction
• Background with a main contractor or subcontractor
• Strong residential experience (apartments preferred)
• Will consider Site Managers / Foreman
