Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Oversee and manage all Interior Design (ID) fit‑out works on site, ensuring installations comply with approved ID drawings, hotel brand standards, material specifications, and mock‑up approvals. Supervise daily interior fit‑out progress, monitor subcontractors’ performance, enforce high‑quality workmanship, and ensure adherence to safety and timeline requirements. Coordinate interfaces between ID works and other trades such as MEP, AV/IT, FF&E, façade, signage, and specialist suppliers to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless installation. Review contractors’ shop drawings with consultants, material samples, method statements, mock‑ups, and progress claims related to ID and FF&E fit‑out works. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve construction issues, ensure accuracy of finishes, and prepare progress, quality, and handover reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Professional memberships or certifications (e.g., MIID, IIDA, RIBA, LEED/AP) are an advantage. 8–10 years of experience in managing ID fit‑out works for hotel, hospitality, luxury residential, or high‑end commercial projects. Strong knowledge of hotel brand design guidelines, luxury materials, finishing standards, mock‑up processes, and FF&E/OS&E coordination.
