Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager ID - Site to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure development and site management projects in one of the world's most exciting and rapidly growing cities. Lead and manage complex site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, providing regular updates and presentations on project progress Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance project management culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development or construction projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale site development projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) Excellent budgeting and financial management skills Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks Superior stakeholder management and communication skills In-depth knowledge of infrastructure development and site management practices Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Architecture Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Site Supervision Profession: Construction Supervision and Surveying
