Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage key client projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Duties include: developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3+ Years of Project Coordination/Management Experience (Transponder industry experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Good facilitation, customer service, relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with knowledge of Project Management tracking software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Jira, Google Sheets)
  • Detail-oriented; strong analytical skills & organizational skills
  • Willing to collaborate with global teams. Global calls outside regual business hours may be needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RFID (HF, NFC, and UHF) technology is a major plus
  • Fluent English and German knowledge
  • Necessary to stay in Sauerlach at least twice a month
Responsibilities
  • Lead the project, decide the definition of project scope, resource identification, scheduling of project timeline and design of detailed project tasks
  • Work with management teams to translate strategic objectives into executable projects, and to develop plans for achieving stated objectives
  • Work mainly with engineers as you will be dealing with technology projects
  • Provide executives with project risk assessments and summary level project status reports
  • Strategize with the project team to forecast problems, assess potential risks and solutions, and plan alternatives
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, forecasts, and status reports
  • Work effectively with internal and external clients, third-party vendors
  • Coordinate with related functions both locally and globally for alignment and drive implementation
  • Prepare business analysis and summary documents for project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Manage task to completion ensuring successful delivery
  • Carry out other duties as required by global and regional leadership management team
