Description Overview Acoustical Sheetmetal Company, a privately-owned custom manufacturer of generator enclosures for the on-site power generation industry is in search of a Project Manager II to coordinate project execution and control resulting in delivery of equipment that meets the customer’s specifications and is delivered with the high-quality ASC is recognized for. Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects in collaboration with sales engineers, from kickoff through delivery. Interpret and manage project documentation, including scope of work, technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate across departments—engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and field services—to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong working relationships. Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns. Track and analyze key project performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to post-project review processes. Facilitate “lessons learned” sessions with production supervisors and team leads to drive operational improvements. Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Manager 1 (PM1) roles and project coordinators. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale projects in manufacturing, construction, power generation, or data center environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with tools such as CxAlloy, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks is preferred.
