Your responsibilities will include: ● Elevate critical business decisions to appropriate management boards and functional leaders ● Serve as liaison between project teams and the Franchise Leadership Team (FLT), as required Relationship & people management ● Lead, coach, and support diverse and geographically dispersed team members ● Provide performance input to cross-functional managers and directors ● Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders ● Develop cohesive, collaborative cross-functional teams throughout all project lifecycle phases ● Direct and/or provide input on technical approaches to product design and process changes ● Direct and/or provide input on compliance updates to processes and systems ● Identify, communicate, and manage project risk ● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements Process management ● Apply PLCP lifecycle knowledge to deliver and maintain high-quality, high-impact deliverables ● Utilize quality systems to ensure product compliance throughout the lifecycle ● Actively review and recommend policy and practice improvements ● Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning input ● Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Project Management preferred) ● Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field ● Experience leading small and large cross-functional project teams ● Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 10%) ● Ability to work under minimal supervision ● Minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field ● Comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization and external customers ● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships Requisition ID: 620929 Minimum Salary: $122100 Maximum Salary: $232000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
