The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are looking for a Project Manager II (Assistant Project Manager) to join our team supporting a major capital project at LAX - the Replacement Fire Station 51 (FS51). Salary Range: $155K/Year-$170K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in overseeing scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep the project moving forward Assist with planning, procurement, and execution of construction activities Track project progress and help identify risks, delays, or cost impacts Help review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Participate in meetings and help communicate updates clearly across teams Support quality, safety, and compliance throughout all phases of the project Assist with project reporting, documentation, and closeout activities 10+ years of experience in construction or project management Experience working on large-scale projects ($40M+) Familiarity with Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build delivery Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Strong communication and coordination skills in a multi-stakeholder environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, active job site Skills - Bluebeam and/or project management tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
