MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management office (PMO) environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in process transitions and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry desired
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

THIS ROLE IS LOCATED 100% ON SITE IN EL PASO, TEXAS

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager II to join our project management office. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple mid- to large-scale projects, with a focus on process transitions using our established Process Migration Methodology (PMM). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse teams and geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transition projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide detailed reporting to leadership.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assign responsibilities, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Facilitate team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance project environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies and documentation standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across teams.
