As a Project Manager II, III, you will be responsible for the following: Analyzing project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Assisting in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Conducting feasibility analyses for proposed projects and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making Monitoring project progress Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any level. Salary Range: This is an exempt position, and the starting salary for level II is $83,129.62 -$103,912.03, level III is $102,424 - $128,030; however, actual placement within the range of the level will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience: An associate degree in a technical discipline is required for Level II. You must have a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or related field is required for level III. Financial institution experience is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Level II: Three years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination. Financial institution experience is preferred. Level III: Five years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination. Financial institution experience is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred for Level III.
