This is 6 Months + Contract based in Dallas TX 75226. Pay Rate : $60-$65/hr on W2. Top 3 Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for all communications initiatives, including presentations, newsletters, and reports. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, with a deep understanding of the financial and accounting context. The candidate is expected to contribute to the team immediately and work independently, though training will be provided. This is a project management role focused on driving communication identity and alignment across the FinTech organization. The primary goal is to apply project management principles to ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and on-brand, helping to streamline how we share information with both internal and external stakeholders. will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and delivery of professional presentations, slide decks, newsletters, and other key written materials. This role sits within the FinTech organization, a critical part of the CFO’s team responsible for building products and systems for global finance and accounting operations. Key Details ● Experience: ○ 15+ Years of Experience (YEO) ○ 4–8 YOE, preferably with Big 4 experience (KPMG, Deloitte, EY are highly desirable). ● Location: ○ Strong preference for Return to Office (RTO) in Dallas. ● Focus Area: ○ Content creation and project planning, utilizing enterprise tools like ChatGPT / Gemini Workspace.
