As a Project Manager II, you will take a lead role in planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.   About You: Individuals in this role enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where leadership and collaboration are key. You will guide teams, manage risks, track performance metrics, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the process. You will be a valuable part of our team by advancing customer satisfaction, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.   Responsibilities:   Business Strategy * Lead the development of project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. * Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. * Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization. * Collaborate with functional managers to address resource needs. Performance, Metrics & Reporting * Oversee the day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. * Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and deviations promptly. * Facilitate team meetings and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement. * Implement and enforce processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards. * Apply best practices and lessons learned to future projects. * Deliver project outcomes that align with customer needs and expectations. People Management * Build and lead high-performing project teams in a collaborative environment. * Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development support to project team members. * Communicate project goals, expectations, and deliverables effectively. * Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with stakeholders to address changing requirements and priorities. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: As the ideal candidate for the Project Manager II, you will: * Have a bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. * Bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a project manager in new product development or a manufacturing environment. * Possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. * Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. * Excel in communication and interpersonal relationships. * Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good to Have Skills: While not required, the following skills can enhance candidacy: * PMP or other relevant certifications. * Prior experience in a senior project management role.
