JOB DESCRIPTION

The Program Manager is accountable and responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables for EWST and MST are implemented on time, within budget and meeting the expectations of the business in alignment with enterprise strategies. This position is accountable for all documentation and ongoing communications for all program activities. Ensures implementation of appropriate oversight and governance activities. Provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics or Business
  • Project Management Certification or relevant Project Management methodology experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
  • Experience with external regulators, internal audit and/or compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships across the enterprise
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and successfully execute projects
  • Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to stay focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations
  • Experienced team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external audiences at different levels in the organization
  • Translate complex ideas, issues, or situations into clear, simple, and understandable terms
  • Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to meet the diverse needs of different interest groups
  • Experience with the preparation and development of Executive level presentation materials, minutes, and dashboards
  • Strong PC skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent process improvement skills. Including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements.
