Seeking a Project Manager who will be providing support for small and/or medium company projects that involve coordination between various groups both within divisions as well as across divisions, as well as:

• Contributing by managing projects in accordance with established processes and procedures.

• Designing and implementing innovative solutions to manage projects to design, develop, and implement new systems and process improvements.Apply deep knowledge and use considerable judgment to determine the approach to ambiguous challenges, make decisions and influence across the company.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Demonstrated aptitude to independently manage projects and manage multiple objectives/tasks

Demonstrated ability to positively influence project outcomes using an analytical approach and instilling a sense of urgency in the project team to complete work on time.

Experience working with aircraft modification programs

Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Teams or other schedule management and collaboration tools.
