DESCRIPTION As Project Manager III, you will serve as the delivery lead for client engagements – owning execution, guiding teams through ambiguity, and acting as a trusted, consultative partner to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership & Consultation Lead client status meetings independently, partnering with CSMs while owning delivery conversations. Act as a consultative partner to CSMs and clients – helping them understand tradeoffs and sequencing. Set, manage and reinforce clear expectations around scope, timelines, and review cycles. Demonstrate strong change management with clarity and confidence. End-to End Project Ownership Own a mix of fixed-fee and retainer projects at once, from kickoff through final delivery. Drive the creation of accurate estimates and contribute clear assumptions to Statements of Work. Develop smart, realistic project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and review cycles. Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership Partner closely with external implementation partners, and internal teams (strategy, creative, campaign management and analytics) to define project approaches, estimates, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies. Help teams focus on what matters most: creating great work that drives business outcomes. Risk, Budget & Operational Management Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Own project budgets, track burn and review customer billing and vendor invoices for accuracy. Maintain strong project hygiene using tools like Asana to track work, review cycles, approvals, and decisions. Quality, Process, and Craft Uphold a high bar for quality and help determine when work is ready for review. Run efficient, purposeful meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to the evolution of Sinch Studio as a practice. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 6 years of project or program management experience, ideally in an agency, studio, marketing or technology setting. Relevant channel experience with messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS), email, lifecycle, or performance marketing. Experience managing both fixed-fee and retainer-based work. Familiarity with project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus) PMP or similar certification is welcome but not required. The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $113,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
