Position: Chef de projet / Programme
Location: Montréal, QC, hybride (4 jours sur site et 1 jour de télétravail)
Durée: 12 mois

DESCRIPTION:

• En tant que chargé de projet industriel, vous devrez utiliser vos compétences en gestion de projet pour coordonner, planifier, exécuter des projets manufacturiers et/ou logistiques industriels en vous assurant que les règles en santé & sécurité soient respectées et que les risques soient éliminés.
• Mettre en œuvre des projets d’améliorations
• Définir et contrôler l’évolution, les étapes clés et les points de contrôle du projet et en effectuer le suivi.
• Être responsable de l’exécution globale de vos projets, initiation jusqu’à livraison.
• Assumer la responsabilité du budget pour des projets d’envergure allant jusqu’à 1Million.
• Assumer la responsabilité du calendrier
• Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue en s’appuyant sur les techniques de résolution des problèmes ainsi que les concepts Kaizen, « Six Sigma », « Lean », « Design Thinking » et Agile.
• Être responsable de l’investissement et du remplacement de machine/équipement obsolète au sein de la fabrication.
• Fournir une justification financière (Business case) et technique pour la définition et fonctionnement du projet
• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, et ce, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur du service.
• Travailler avec des gestionnaires des ressources

QUALIFICATIONS

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet industriel
• Certification PMP, PMI-ACP (atout)
• Connaissance des activités de logistique
• Certification Six Sigma Ceinture Verte (atout)

DESCRIPTION:

• As an industrial project manager, you will use your project management skills to coordinate, plan, and execute industrial manufacturing and/or logistics projects, ensuring that health and safety rules are followed and risks are eliminated.
• Implement improvement projects.
• Define and monitor the progress, key milestones, and checkpoints of the project and follow up on them.
• Be responsible for the overall execution of your projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Assume responsibility for the budget for large-scale projects up to $1 million.
• Assume responsibility for the schedule.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using problem-solving techniques and Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile concepts.
• Be responsible for investing in and replacing obsolete machinery/equipment in manufacturing.
• Provide financial (business case) and technical justification for project definition and operation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both within and outside the department
• Work with resource managers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management
• PMP, PMI-ACP certification (an asset)
• Knowledge of logistics activities
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (an asset)
