Drive the digital transformation of Third‑Party Risk Management as our TPRM Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, build, and rollout of our new digital TPRM workflow, ensuring it meets our standards. You’ll coordinate ServiceNow development, guide business units through implementation, and act as the key link between the NL TPRM programme and the international project team. If you excel at managing complex digitalisation projects, aligning diverse stakeholders, and turning strategy into workable solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape a critical enterprise process. What you are going to do The TPRM Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful design, build and rollout of the digital Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflow. Finalisation of the TPRM Digital Flow design and build for the contract management phase: Validate that workflow logic, assessments, task routing, and dashboards reflect the agreed TPRM methodology used across the organisation and resolve open design questions. Oversight on build & delivery, prioritising sprint planning and monitoring progress Implementation across Dutch Business Units; develop the implementation plan, including timelines, readiness checks, user onboarding and cut‑over activities, with specific attention for change management and user adoption Alignment with the TPRM Project manager for International Business Units Incorporate international requirements or dependencies into the overall planning Project Governance & Reporting: maintain overall project plan, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies., Prepare decision papers, status updates and resource forecasts What we offer you NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future.
