Roles and responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all implementation accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage and oversee special projects, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and successful execution. Participate in pre-onboarding and onboarding planning sessions with potential and new clients to ensure seamless transition and implementation. Lead workforce planning and coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements. Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience by aligning processes, timelines, and deliverables across all involved departments. 1 - 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator (Implementation / special projects / stakeholder management) Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously BPO Industry experience is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work ONSITE in Makati (Main Site) and Mandaluyong Amenable working nigh shift What can we offer you?
