IT PROJECT MANAGER (M/W/D)

Location: Dresden, Germany (Hybrid) - We are currently not accepting applications from candidates in other countries.
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 (based on experience)
Language Requirement: Fluent German (C1 minimum)
Experience: Approx. 2 years in a digital agency setting

An established digital agency is seeking an IT Project Manager with agency experience to lead TYPO3 and web development projects. This role requires multitasking, high-level communication skills, and expertise in both classical and agile project management methods.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Agency Experience: At least 2 years in a digital agency (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with web development projects (TYPO3 preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong grasp of both classical and agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage several smaller projects at once.
  • Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness for client and team interactions.
Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead TYPO3 and web development projects from planning to go-live.
  • Manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Apply both classical and agile project management methods.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and external partners.
  • Leverage expertise from a network of professionals for project success.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, translating requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and assertiveness.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Handle risks, resolve conflicts, and deliver projects effectively under time constraints.
