Are you passionate about smooth processes, structured collaboration, and getting things done across departments? In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our onboarding and offboarding experience – ensuring that every new team member hits the ground running, and every offboarding is handled professionally and efficiently. You’ll be the one connecting the dots between HR, IT, team leads, and external partners.

This position combines organizational skills, process ownership, and hands-on hardware preparation to support our growing and dynamic work environment.

  • Project ownership for onboarding & offboarding: You coordinate and drive the entire process – from preparation to execution – ensuring consistency and a great experience for all stakeholders and candidates
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You bring together HR, IT, Facilities, team leads, and external vendors – ensuring that everyone is aligned, informed, and delivering on time.
  • Central point of contact: You serve as the go-to person for all onboarding/offboarding-related topics and ensure clear and proactive communication across teams.
  • Process development & optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to create scalable and reliable standards.
  • Tech-savvy support: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you understand basic IT workflows (e.g., device provisioning, account setups) and speak the same language as our IT colleagues.
  • Documentation & tools: You ensure all relevant steps are documented and trackable in our internal systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, HRIS).

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in an HR, IT, or fast-paced tech environment
  • A structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset – you take initiative and stay on top of details, even when juggling multiple processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, Jira, and asset tracking tools such as Snipe-IT.
  • Experience preparing and handling hardware (laptops, phones, peripherals) in a business environment.
  • A solid technical understanding and a readiness to work closely with IT and systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re able to align diverse stakeholders and keep things moving forward
