Summary
For the department “Integrated Logistic Support & In-Service-Support (ILS/ISS) Airborne & Self Protection” in the “Customer Services” division, we are looking for a “Project Manager In-Service Support (f/m/d)” at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The “Customer Services” is responsible for establishing the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In our department, we lay the logistical foundations for a successful service business of Customer Services in the ILS phase. In the utilization phase (In-Service Support), we supply services and spare parts on the basis of service contracts in order to keep our customers’ optronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Your Tasks

  • Coordination and implementation of technical support activities for our customers throughout the entire service life of the systems
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of customized support solutions
  • Tracking the status of internal and external suppliers
  • Preparation of spare parts and service offers, calculations (also in accordance with public price law) and corresponding offer documents
  • Answering customer inquiries, analyzing customer requirements in close coordination with internal experts, taking into account information from the relevant internal departments
  • Contribution to internal and external project / program reporting
  • Status data management in the relevant IT tools
  • Cost and deadline tracking and, in the event of deviations, root cause analysis and submission of remedial proposals
  • Material requirements planning and procurement

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the relevant area of work package / project management
  • Technical as well as commercial understanding
  • You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in customer services and the security and defense industry is advantageous
  • Fluency in German and English
