Your tasks:

- Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of the project for BiPRO capability and standardization within the group

- Ensuring transparency regarding project progress, risks, dependencies, and scheduling for all relevant stakeholders

- Management and coordination of collaboration between departments, IT units, and external service providers

- Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of time, budget, and quality

- Active support and management of the technical implementation, as well as assistance with replanning and prioritization

- Preparation and communication of decision-relevant content for management and steering committees

Your qualifications:

- Experience as a technical project manager or project leader in complex IT projects

- Sound knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally with a focus on brokerage and BiPRO standards

- Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with departments, management, and IT

- High level of control and Assertiveness in coordinating diverse interests and project stakeholders

- Experience with project management and planning tools such as Jira and Planta

- Structured, reliable work style and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
