This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied, impactful role where you’ll help drive business-critical change. If you’re someone who enjoys taking ownership of a project, bridging the gap between business and technical delivery teams, and getting stuck into the detail as much as the strategy, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver internal change projects from initial concept through to implementation.
  • Participate in weekly change meetings to support stakeholders in shaping and prioritising requests.
  • Write clear, concise scopes for development teams and external partners.
  • Lead daily meetings with internal developers or third-party providers, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Organise and run internal meetings, capture actions, and follow up to ensure accountability.
  • Take part in testing and ensure changes meet agreed requirements and deliver business value.
  • Jump into operational or delivery gaps when needed - this is a hands-on role with real variety.
