Project Manager (Bangalore _ Hybrid work mode) We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management best practices. You will work cross-functionally with product management, UX design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions on time and within scope. Duties & Responsibilities · Plan, lead and manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. · Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders. · Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues. Communicate realistic delivery timelines to internal and external stakeholders · Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, facilitating regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. · Attend and help drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, groomings, retrospectives, sprint demos) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices for multiple initiative teams. · Foster collaboration across engineering, product, UX design, QA, and other business teams to ensure alignment and accountability. · Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines effectively. · Monitor and report on key project metrics, providing transparency into project health and status. · Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements. · Document current processes, identify improvements and implement Required Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC frameworks. · Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector · Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and launch activities. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. · Proficiency with project management tools Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard. · Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Education and Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management within a technology-driven organization. BE or any equivalent computer Science degree. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
