Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description •Make decisions within scope of Project Charter / the approved Project Management Plan •Responsibility for cost, time and quality of the project in the most balanced way​ •Escalate decisions, which are needed beyond the approved Project Management Plan to the respective owner of the project, e.g., Product Segment Owner, Execution Owner,…​ •Determination of qualification measures of project team members •Lead the project team and the project; achieve project objectives, even if interests differ •Establish the Project Management Plan based on the Project Charter, integrating lessons learned from other projects •Maintain Project Documentation and provide transparency on ongoing project activities, like KPI status​ •Implement the Project Management Plan together with the project team and all other resources •Appropriately apply all Project Management Knowledge Areas, respecting all relevant regulations​ •Proactively manage the risks / uncertainties that matter in the project context​ •Communicates with stakeholders in and externally: prepares and aligns topics for decisions​ •If applicable, take over project from implementation release from different locations‘ product team Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar) •Strong technical background in industrial product development or manufacturing: knowledge of processes, materials, tooling, production equipment. •Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred. •Minimum 5-10 years of engineering/manufacturing experience including at least 2-5 years leading industrial product development or manufacturing projects.
