Location: Plainfield, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a hybrid schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.

• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager within the System Services PMO oversees a complex portfolio of projects supporting Supply Chain and Lab functions. Responsibilities include managing projects using standard methodologies, processes, and tools; leading teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop schedules; engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure projects deliver value; managing change, quality, and budgets; and driving projects to successful completion on time and within scope and budget. The role requires critical thinking, independent judgment, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
