Your key responsibilities will be to:

• manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Indigenous Strategy and Services portfolio
• work closely with the Associate Dean to implement initiatives that strengthen First Nations engagement and leadership
• apply cultural capability and project management expertise to deliver outcomes on time and within scope
• manage project contracts, grants, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of deliverables
• build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including First Nations communities and partners
• oversee project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure measurable impact
• ensure all activities are embedded within Indigenous governance and cultural safety framework
