As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industrial machinery projects — from order receipt to handover to the After Sales team. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and technical specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong background in process analysis and cross-functional project management
• Excellent soft skills: interpersonal communication, flexibility, open-mindedness, problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict resolution
• Proven experience in:
• Project Management
• Operations in industrial environments
• Team leadership and coordination
• Full availability to travel globally (up to 40% of the time)

• Assess the technical feasibility of projects and validate the accuracy of the Sales Contract
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively
• Ensure timely delivery of machinery and manage project timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with:
• Production Manager
• Local Project Managers
• Service Team for seamless project handover
• Global Pre/Post Installation Support Teams
• Sales Team
